With design and implementation by J.O. Thomas, our Herring Fisheries At-Sea Observer Programs provide compliance coverage of fishing operations through deployment of government certified At-Sea Observers and the application of real-time electronic imagery and reporting.
SALMON
J.O. Thomas provides At-Sea Observer coverage of commercial salmon fisheries throughout coastal B.C. to monitor fishing effort, incidental catch and release of restricted species, and collect biological data and samples from the catch.
