With 45 years of experience and learning, J.O. Thomas & Associates sets the benchmark for development and implementation of monitoring and research programs in areas of fisheries and natural resource sciences. In the early years we focused on delivering support to the Canadian Salmonid Mark Recovery Program, transforming it into the largest and most comprehensive dockside-based fisheries monitoring program in Canada. Along the way we have expanded our capacity for design and implementation of environmental monitoring programs, research studies support, stock assessment, capacity building, and at-sea fishing operations monitoring.
